This ceremony is designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit in a space that celebrates every facet of your journey. You’ll experience a combination of guided meditation, reflective exercises, and symbolic rituals, all within a sacred circle of women who are also navigating this path of transformation.
The journey to menopause is about transformation, death and rebirth. Just as the caterpillar goes into the cocoon to transform into the butterfly, so we must too as women surrender to the magic of change and embrace it all. A Empress ceremony can be powerful for you if;

HOW I DISCOVERED THE POWER OF CEREMONY
I had a sudden and difficult menopause where I suddenly found myself disintergrating into deep grief and rage. It was a dark time and ceremony and ritual was my medicine. I studied the spirtual transformation of menopause and then trained to become a ceremonalist, tantra artist and learn Earth based practices to hold space for women in midlife to transform. Ceremony is potent and life affirming. It connects you to the moment, to the cosmos and to the Earth. It is how we used to come together to connect through rites of passage and it's time to remember it's power.

I am Prema
In 2000 I became unexpectantly pregnant at 26 whilst travelling in Peru. This was the most perfect and unexpected gift and changed my life when my daughter (and soul mate) Emily arrived. This was a huge spiritual awakening for me that completed transformed and changed my life.
I continued to have my two sons within 3.5 years and I transformed and surrendered fully into motherhood to be present with my children who inspired me to create my global community at Blossom & Berry.
I built Blossom & Berry from scratch with no time, money or experience because of my vision to help all humans reach their full potential through love and connection in the first 1001 days of life.
I have now built a 7 figure love empire, grown a community of thousands of teachers, created charitable projects to give back and impacted millions. I live a freedom lead life full of blessings everyday.
After an acute, intense and dramatic menopause in 2024 at the age of 49, I had a further spiritual awakening and initiation into tantra. shamanism and divine feminine leadership.
I took the name Ma Parvati Prema in 2024 am now even more deeply committed to the path of love where all is welcome and we can create heaven on earth for humanity.
